French Fort Cove Eco-Centre & Nature Park
Where: 1111 King George Highway, Miramichi When: The Nature Park is open daily, all year round and The Eco-Centre is open weekdays all year round and then seven days a week for summer: between June and mid-August.
The French Fort Cove Eco Centre
The Eco Centrepromotes ecological sustainability and empowers citizens to become stewards of the shared planet. Special activities are offered along with permanent and seasonal exhibits. Interactive displays showcase Miramichi’s history and culture. Visitors learn about flora and fauna, heritage and historic events such as The Great Miramichi Fire of 1825.
